SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, shipping and billing address, payments details, phone number (s) and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. When you register in our Animus Home app for iOS and Android and but not limited to other login in services provided by us, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address and other required information. The purpose of collecting and storing this personal information is to be able to confirm your identity, contacting you, processing payment and delivering goods and services to you.
We also reserve the right to perform e-mail marketing (directly and through affiliated third parties) so that you may receive our latest offers and campaigns. Should you not wish to receive e-mails containing marketing, you are at any time free to cancel this service by mailing us on the address stated at the end of this Privacy Policy.
We will not share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other companies for their marketing of their own products or services. However, in order to perform services to you, ship products and enable payment, we may share your data with our partners or other trusted third parties. We may also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, create an account, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase or use the services we provide, we imply that you consent to our collection and our use of the personal information you provide, in order to execute the service. You may revoke your consent regarding the collecting and processing of new data by contacting us on the mail or e-mail addresses stated in the end of this Privacy Policy.
You furthermore consent that we and our trusted third parties (such as e.g. Shopify) may process your personal data outside the EU/EEA in order to carry out our obligations and services to you. If you revoke this consent, we may in some cases not be able to provide you with our services. SECTION 3 – SHOPIFY and Stripe
Payment is made when you place your order by using a valid credit card. The amount is drawn from your chosen payment card immediately after placed order. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services to you. The payment gateway is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS Level 1). All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. The decryption keys are stored on separate separate machines and the internal servers can not obtain the card numbers in plaintext.

Certain content, products and services available via our store and services provided may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
